1. Ensure to comply with the organizations’ policies and procedures in attaining the utmost customer satisfaction.
2. To be responsible for greeting the customer(s), escort the customers to the seat and offer refreshments as per the SOP script and provide a warm welcome.
3. Enquire and understand the customer queries related to vehicle type, model, and specifications.
4. To be responsible for assisting the customers in filling the Enquiry form related to basic information, contact details to obtain the basic demographic information, needs and expectations of vehicle and exchange details if any and fill the same in the Sales Enquiry Form duly signed by the customer.
5. Transfer the lead to sales consultant in coordination with Team leaders, introduce the customer to the sales consultant and educate the concerned sales consultant with the customer expectations.
6. Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure that all pending responses promised to the customer are responded in a timely and satisfactory manner.
