Key Responsibilities
· Greet parents, visitors, staff, and students warmly and maintain a welcoming front-desk environment.
· Handle all incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-ins with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
· Maintain visitor records, appointment registers, and daily logbooks accurately.
· Support the admissions team by sharing information with parents, coordinating school tours, and scheduling meetings when required.
· Assist in managing day-to-day office operations such as handling documents, receiving mails/couriers, and organising files.
· Provide timely updates to parents regarding circulars, notices, and scheduled meetings when instructed.
· Ensure the front office area is neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
· Address concerns politely and direct parents or visitors to the appropriate department.
· Maintain confidentiality of student and school information at all times.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office/Google Workspace.
· Prior school front office experience for 2 to 3 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
