About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office Counsellor who can serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and active listening skills, along with the emotional maturity to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the front desk
• Handle inquiries—both in-person and over calls or emails—with clarity and warmth
• Counsel and guide walk-in clients about available services or programs
• Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and reports
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth front office operations
• Uphold a positive, calm, and professional environment

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Emotionally mature and capable of handling sensitive interactions gracefully
• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude
• Prior experience in counselling, front office, or client relations preferred
