Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at our Trivandrum location. The Front Office Associate will handle daily tasks such as managing receptionist duties, attending to phone calls, coordinating check-ins, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Receptionist Duties and ability to manage front desk operations effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette skills to provide a warm, professional guest experience
• Experience in Check-in procedures and hospitality processes
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with hospitality or healthcare industry practices is an advantage
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Degree or PG in hospitality or related fields is preferred
