Job Summary:

MJ Avyanna Resort & Convention Centre is seeking a professional and guest-friendly Front Office Associate (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to work in a hospitality environment that values guest satisfaction above all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently
• Manage room bookings and reservations
• Answer guest queries and provide information about the resort
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain records and handle front desk operations using computer systems
• Ensure a pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidate only (as per the role requirement)
• Fluent in Kannada (spoken) – mandatory
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any degree
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reservation software)
• Previous front office or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Polite, professional, and presentable personality
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
