Front Office Associate ( FEMALE)

Visitor and customer service

• Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Provide information about the company, services, and local attractions.

Administrative and operational duties

• Manage the reception and waiting area to keep it clean and organized.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor and order office supplies.

Front desk and guest relations (in hospitality)

• Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Handle reservations and cancellations.
• Collect payments and settle bills.
• Manage guest accounts and maintain up-to-date hotel records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
