Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is looking for experienced and professional female candidates for the position of Front Office Associate / Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
• Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage reservations, billing, and front office documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

Requirements:

• Only experienced female candidates can apply
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in hotel front office
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Working knowledge of hotel PMS and basic computer skills

Salary: Negotiable (as per experience and skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
