Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guest Arrival and Departure
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Assigning rooms and providing necessary information about the hotel and amenities.
• Verifying payment methods and processing payments.
• Managing online and phone reservations, including booking, confirming, and canceling reservations.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate guest records and documentation.
• Processing payments and managing billing.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Performing general office duties, such as filing and photocopying.
• Maintaining a Tidy and Welcoming Environment:
• Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
