We are looking for a smart and dynamic Front Office Executive to be the face of our medical-related company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, patients, and clients in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and redirect them appropriately.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure front desk area is presentable.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is an added advantage.
