Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars and meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of executives
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are presentable
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support event planning and execution as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Female Graduate or MBA holder
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in front office and EA role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
