The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to ensure excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Calls and route them appropriately. Manage all client booking inquiries and maintain positive client relationships. Maintain accurate records in the booking and visitor tracking systems. Ensure smooth communication across guest interaction channels (calls, emails, walk-ins). Promote company services and offers through polite and persuasive communication. Update booking reports and follow up on pending details with accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in Tamil & English (mandatory – fluency will be an added advantage) Confident telephone etiquette and professional approach Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Why Join Us?
