Ebenezer Group of Institutions is a reputed educational institution dedicated to academic excellence and holistic student development. We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office & Admin Executive to join our campus team at Kothanur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students courteously.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Manage front office operations, appointment schedules, and visitor logs.
• Provide administrative support to the academic and non-academic departments.
• Maintain records, documents, and assist in day-to-day admin tasks.
• Coordinate office supplies and basic facility management tasks.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office/admin roles
• Good communication skills in English and other languages
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer usage.
• Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and multitasking ability.

Working days and time : (Monday to Saturday) 9:30 to 5:30 pm
