Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Front of House Staff, located in India. The responsibilities of this role include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Additional tasks involve handling reservations, addressing customer queries, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and assisting in the setup and breakdown of events.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling Presentations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is beneficial
