Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front House team member at the Ministry of Beer, primarily located in Ghaziabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Front House team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized environment, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with event coordination.
