Front-End Tech Lead

As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate with the web development team to focus on e-commerce enablement and develop next-level user experiences that drive conversion and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilizing your expert-level knowledge of UX driven component design, you will share knowledge with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Your role will involve utilizing advanced front-end techniques and tools to build optimized and reusable components, working with modern front-end frameworks and meta-frameworks such as React, Svelte, Vue, Next, SvelteKit, and Nuxt. In this position, you will demonstrate proficiency in responsive design and cross-platform development while coaching and mentoring junior team members as needed. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver exceptional work, ensuring the highest quality of output. The preferred candidate for this role should possess knowledge of React, Svelte, Vue, Next js, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript, along with experience with modern front-end tools and pipelines. An ability to learn new technologies quickly, an understanding of responsive design and cross-platform development, and familiarity with enterprise-level commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Commerce Tools, and Shopify are essential. Additionally, experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target, an interest in consumer technology or consumer electronics, and familiarity with website performance, including web core vitals, are advantageous.
