Job Title: Front-End Program Manager Location: Bangalore, India Experience: Minimum 10 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Front-End Program Manager to lead and coordinate server platform and system engineering projects. This role involves managing the development, build, and validation of systems supporting bring-up and validation activities for our Server and Datacenter Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed plans and drive schedules for platform/system design, build, and test activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical requirements and deliverables. Identify and actively manage program risks and dependencies. Manage the creation of system BOMs and drive platform build logistics, including critical components and costing. Collect team status and report on design and development activities versus planned targets throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a minimum of 10 years in Technical Program Management focusing on hardware development. Proven ability to drive technical discussions and understand the impact on program deliverables. Experience managing diverse cross-functional teams across geographies, including hardware teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong reporting skills with keen attention to detail. Experience in platform design, build, and validation. Strong understanding of program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience managing hardware development projects using Agile methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Confluence, MS SharePoint, and JIRA. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
