Job Title - + + Management Level: Location:Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum Must have skills:Next.js Good to have skills:Storybook (Next.js/React) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Frontend who will drive the technical vision and architecture for our web platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality across projects. As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, build, and deliver high-quality features and enhancements. Youll be responsible for making key technical decisions, setting development standards, and guiding the team through complex architectural challenges. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys combining strategic technical thinking with strong execution in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Role and Responsibilities You will be working in one of our multinational digital commerce teams helping deliver digital commerce platform projects. Partner with users, clients, product managers, and software developers to understand and translate requirements, user workflows and UI mockups. Contributes to both internal / customer projects and internal product/service advancement initiatives. Improves and customizes user interface and design elements for enterprise scale products & projects - ability to translate the wireframes/visual designs to functional code meeting customer requirements with the right user experiences. Works with front-end based technologies and uses functional design and analysis skills in JavaScript to design and implement front-end. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability and passionate about developing amazing user experiences and strong attention to detail. Keep up with current conventions in the web development community. Professional and Technical Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, Next.js, Storybook (Next.js/React), Figma, Azure DevOps, Typescript, Jest (Unit testing), SASS and SCSS and microservice architecture. Excellent understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services. Good knowledge and understanding of Storybook (Next.js/React), Figma, Azure Devops, DOM, MVC, Responsive and SCSS, Functional JavaScript Programming with concepts like Promises, Closures Strong experience in UI development and integration for web and/or mobile applications Strong understanding of rendering techniques like Server Side Rendering (SSR), Client Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) Progressing Rendering/Streaming etc. Extensive experience in request and response handling, partial page updates, api spec and backend integration Have a good understanding of tools and libraries such as Material UI, Vuetify, Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc. Setup and integration of third party libraries especially clients for authentication and backend.
