Front End Developers

As a highly skilled and experienced Front-End React Developer, you will be a key member of our growing product engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications using modern front-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure exceptional user experiences are delivered. Your key responsibilities will include developing, enhancing, and maintaining complex React-based web applications. You will architect reusable components, UI patterns, and frameworks to create scalable applications. Collaborating with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes and visual designs into interactive applications will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow. To ensure optimal application performance, you will optimize for speed and scalability while following best practices to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks will be crucial, as you will contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows, testing practices, and deployment processes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development. Proficiency in React.js, Redux (or similar state management libraries), modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is required. Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks, component libraries, build tools, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and testing frameworks is highly beneficial. Soft skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and collaboration are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with micro-frontend architectures, server-side rendering, static site generation, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility best practices, and familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
