Front End Developer

Role Overview:
As the Lead Front End Developer, you will take charge of our front-end development initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Angular and React. You will lead a team of 4-6 developers, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications. Your expertise will shape our technical direction, ensuring we adhere to best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Design and implement scalable and maintainable web applications using Angular and React.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.- Mentor team members, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our development processes.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Coordinate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.Qualifications:- 3-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (expert level) and/or React.- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.- Deep understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and responsive design principles.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Flexible working hours and a fully remote work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A supportive and innovative team culture.
