Role Overview

The Front-End Application Developer builds responsive, interactive web and mobile user interfaces by translating visual and interaction designs into high-quality code. The role focuses on modern front-end development using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, integrating with RESTful APIs that exchange JSON. It involves prototyping, hands-on coding, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver performant, maintainable UI components. The developer will also leverage Node.js in the toolchain or for integration needs, manage code with Git/GitHub or Sourcetree, and follow Scrum or Kanban workflows. Basic SQL knowledge is expected for data interactions and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (components, services, routing, forms)
• Advanced JavaScript/ES6+ and DOM manipulation; familiarity with TypeScript
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, responsive design (Flexbox, Grid, media queries)
• Proficiency with jQuery and AJAX where applicable
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON
• Node.js experience (tooling, backend integration, or server-side basics)
• Basic SQL (queries, CRUD, joins)
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira for work tracking
• Version control with Git; platforms like GitHub and Sourcetree
• Experience building prototypes and POCs

Responsibilities

• Translate graphic visual and interaction designs into responsive web and mobile-ready UI using HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and JavaScript
• Develop prototypes and perform hands-on coding to build and integrate application user interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs using JSON/AJAX; handle client-side data parsing, errors, and performance
• Leverage Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js (when applicable), Node.js, and various APIs to deliver features
• Ensure cross-device responsiveness and modern CSS techniques (Flexbox/Grid, media queries)
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum/Kanban teams; manage tasks and sprints in Jira
