Front End Developer

As a Front-End Developer at Inssyssol Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative software solutions to empower businesses to work smarter and more efficiently. We are expanding our development team for a large-scale ERP project and are seeking a skilled individual who is enthusiastic about creating intuitive, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include developing interactive and responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for a seamless user experience across various devices. Additionally, optimizing front-end performance for speed and scalability, integrating APIs with back-end developers, and maintaining clean, organized, and reusable code are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, along with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Experience with responsive design frameworks, media queries, Git, REST APIs, and JSON data handling is also required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are important soft skills for this role. While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Experience with modern JS frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, as well as basic knowledge of Django or backend integration, are advantageous but not mandatory.
