Role Overview

Front-End Developer

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to contribute to application design as well as implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new

  user-facing features

• Build

  reusable and scalable code libraries

  for future projects
• Ensure the

  technical feasibility

  of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for

  maximum performance and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Engineering
• Maintain high standards of

  code quality and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years

  of software development experience, including

  3+ years in technical leadership roles

• Strong expertise in

  Angular 18+ or React

• Familiarity with build tools such as

  Grunt

  and

  Gulp.js

• Experience with version control systems (

  Git

  )
• Proficient in

  HTML5, CSS3

  , and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of CSS pre-processors (

  LESS, SASS

  )
• Strong skills in

  JavaScript

  and frameworks like

  jQuery

• Good understanding of

  AJAX, asynchronous requests, and partial page updates

• Ability to resolve

  cross-browser compatibility issues

• Awareness of

  SEO principles

  and ability to apply them in development
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  with the ability to work independently

Leadership & Communication (Must-Have)

• Proven

  team leadership

  with inclusive management practices
• Strong collaboration with

  Product, UX, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  Tailwind CSS

  or similar frameworks
• Exposure to

  NX

  or similar frameworks for large-scale applications
• Familiarity with tools such as

  GitHub Copilot

  and

  Figma AI
