About This Role We are looking for aFront-End Architectwith expertise inAngularto lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of front-end architecture, modern UI/UX principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Development Define and implementscalable, modular, and maintainablefront-end architectures. Lead thedesign and developmentof complex, high-performance Angular applications. Establish best practices forcomponent-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization. Ensure seamlessintegration of UI componentswith backend services. Technical Leadership & Mentorship Provide technical leadership andmentorship to front-end developers. Conductcode reviews, technical discussions, and design reviewsto maintain high coding standards. Definecoding standards, reusable components, and best practicesfor the front-end team. Performance & Optimization Optimize web applications formaximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Ensurelazy loading, ahead-of-time (AOT) compilation, and efficient bundle managementfor Angular applications. Implement best practices forprogressive web apps (PWA), accessibility (WCAG), and SEO Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science,Software Engineering, or related field. Exp : 8 to 12 Yrs Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand deployment practices. Experience withTypeScript,Angular, or other Front-end technologies is a plus. Previous experience in aAsstTech ManagerorAssociate Architectrole with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
