Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive (Female) to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will handle all front office responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain visitor logs and provide guest passes when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
