Front Desk & Studio Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be the warm, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk & Studio Coordinator at Hola Local Studios, Chandigarh's go-to creative rental space for photo shoots, podcasting, and content creation. Your main responsibility will be to be the face of the space by greeting and assisting walk-in clients and visitors and managing studio bookings and schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude. - Handle incoming calls, DMs, and inquiries about studio availability. - Manage bookings, studio schedules, and client check-ins/check-outs. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, punctual, and comfortable with multitasking. - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Calendar (or quick to learn). - A friendly presence and interest in the creative industry is a bonus.
