FRONT DESK/ SPA MANAGER ( Female)

JOB POST -We are looking SPA MANAGER/ FRONT DESK

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager for our Noida clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, operations management, and team leadership.

Location- Noida Sector 36, Skinfinity derma clinic

Salary:- ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Experience- 6-7 years

Age:- 30-40 years

Eligibility -

- Experience in skin clinic, spa management, operation management in hospitals, front desk management

- Fluent in English

- Excellent customer handling and communication skills

- Proven track record of managing teams and operations

- Experience with appointment management, call management, and procedure management

Responsibilities -

- Manage front desk operations, including customer service, appointments, and payments

- Oversee clinic operations, including staff management and inventory control

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention

- Handle customer complaints and concerns

- Work closely with the management team to achieve clinic goals

Requirements -

- Fluency in English

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills

- Experience with spa management, operations management, or front desk management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits -

Job timing - 10 to 8 pm, 6 Days in a week.
