Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk & Service Coordinator to manage daily operations at our service center. The candidate will handle both front office and field duties, including customer interaction, coordination with technicians, and basic administrative work.

Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers visiting the service center
* Handle phone calls and service inquiries* Maintain job cards and update service status* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of work* Manage billing and customer records* Handle indoor and outdoor tasks (such as laptop pick-up/delivery or parts purchase)* Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front desk environment

Requirement

* Minimum qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduate
* Basic computer knowledge and communication skills* Willingness to handle indoor & outdoor responsibilities* Two-wheeler and license preferred
