Job Description: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day communications in our team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors as needed. - Generating leads by cold calling. - Keeping and managing the filing system. - Maintaining documents and office equipment as needed. - Performing general office clerical duties. - Counseling students when needed. - Making outbound calls to potential leads and explaining our courses/services. - Engaging with potential students over the phone to provide information about our professional education programs. - Following up with interested candidates and converting them into enrollments. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have: - Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Qualifications: - Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in any field.
