Front Desk Receptionist( Female)

About Us:

Shree Vardhman Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing real estate company. We are looking for a friendly and organized front office receptionist having good communication skills to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Required a female candidate.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist.
• Greet and welcome guests and clients professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide support for office events and meetings as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
