Job Description: We are HIRING for a highly organized and dynamic Receptionist & Account Manager who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, manage accounts, oversee digital marketing activities, and handle sales leads. Key Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and client interactions. • Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and accounts. • Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid ads. • Handle sales inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and maintain client relationships. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and reporting. • Assist in daily office management and administrative duties. Requirements: • Proven experience as a receptionist, account manager, or in a similar role. • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping. • Understanding of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
