We're currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front-desk activities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling inquiries
• Book and confirm appointments, assist with administrative tasks
• Provide information about services, memberships, and promotions
• Coordinate with trainers and nutritionists for client needs and scheduling

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
