Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Receptionist)

Department: HR, IR & Admin
Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender: Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, presentable, and organized Front Desk Executive (Receptionist) to manage the front office operations of our manufacturing facility at Taloja MIDC. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will support the HR, IR & Administration team in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Visitor Management:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Maintain visitor entry and exit records in registers or system
  • Issue visitor passes and guide visitors to concerned departments
  • Ensure front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Call Handling & Communication:

  • Attend incoming calls promptly and direct them to the concerned department/person
  • Take messages accurately and ensure timely communication
  • Handle basic inquiries related to office location, departments, and appointments

Courier & Document Handling:

  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming couriers, letters, and documents
  • Coordinate with courier agencies for dispatch and tracking
  • Maintain courier inward and outward registers

HR & Admin Support:

  • Assist HR team in basic administrative and documentation work
  • Support employee attendance records, file management, and data entry
  • Help in arranging interview schedules and meeting rooms
  • Assist in coordination of employee onboarding formalities

Office Coordination:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff
  • Ensure availability of front office stationery and office supplies
  • Report any administrative issues to the Admin/HR team

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email)
  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (BA / BCom / BSc / BBA or equivalent)

Experience:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in receptionist or front office role
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Working Conditions:

  • Day shift (General Shift)
  • Manufacturing / Industrial office environment
