FDOC Dental Clinic & Academy, led by Dr. Shibli Syed (MDS – Orthodontics), is a premium dental practice and training center based in Pune. We focus on providing advanced dental and orthodontic care with a strong commitment to patient comfort and excellence. We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken FEMALE Front Desk Officer who will be the face of our clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.

· Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient queries.

· Maintain accurate patient records and assist in billing / payment collection.

· Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and the clinical team.

· Handle patient follow-ups and daily reporting.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

· Assist in basic administrative and communication tasks.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Graduate / HSC Pass (any stream).

· Experience: 6 months (Dental / Medical Clinic experience preferred).

· Fluent in English and Hindi.

· Computer literacy (Excel / Google Sheets / Dental software).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and polite.

Work Details:

· Location: FDOC Dental Clinic & Academy, Pune.

· Timing: 9:30 AM – 7 PM (MON to SAT)

· ALTERNATE SUNDAY OFF

· ALTERNATE SUNDAY 9:30am to 1:30pm

· Job Type: Full-Time.

Salary:

₹ 15,000 – ₹ 25,000 per month

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is confident, presentable, patient-friendly, and eager to grow in the healthcare industry. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in dental or medical clinics.
