Front Desk Officer

We’re Hiring! | Front Office Executive – Apeejay School, SaketApeejay School, Saket is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Executive with 4+ years of relevant experience to manage and enhance the face of our institution.

-Location: Apeejay School, Saket, New Delhi
- Experience: Minimum 4 years (experience in a school or educational setup preferred)- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist parents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk queries efficiently • Manage student and staff attendance records, visitor logs, and front office documentation • Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff for smooth information flow • Handle courier dispatch and receipt, stationery management, and other clerical duties • Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline in the reception area • Provide timely support during events, admissions, PTMs, and school functions • Follow up with parents regarding appointments and schedule meetings when required • Assist with student admissions-related communication and documentation • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills Required: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken) • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Positive attitude with a presentable and professional demeanor.
