Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly. Build strong relationships with members and clients.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports related to loan disbursements, repayments, outstanding loans, and recovery status.
Member Interaction: Act as a point of contact for members, answering queries regarding loan terms, processes, and status of their applications.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all financial transactions into the accounting software/system.
