Front Desk & Data Entry Executive

As a Front Office Receptionist at our office in Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will play a vital role in managing the reception area and providing administrative support. This unique dual role also involves acting as a HRM trainee, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both HR management and front office operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a welcoming environment, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling and coordinating business meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies and managing inventory, assisting the HR department with recruitment processes, organizing and maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. You will also handle employee or external inquiries and provide administrative support to the Office Manager. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Attention to detail is key in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and HR functions.
