Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in inquiries
Daily 80 to 100 new sales calls required (Lead provided by us)
Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients
Guide clients to appropriate counselors based on their needs
Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents and coordinating courier services
Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students and record the same
Track IELTS faculty schedules and student progress
Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities
Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualification & Skills:

Graduation in any specialization is compulsory

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel & Word, Mail Drafting is must

Location: Surat

CTC: 20K to 25K
