At Archish Fertility & IVF, we are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients. We are seeking a warm and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and ensure a smooth experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely service.
• Answer and route phone calls, providing accurate information about our services.
• Handle patient inquiries and assist with form completion and registration.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and managing patient records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
