1. Telecalling Responsibilities

• Make a defined number of outbound/inbound calls daily to potential leads/customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and generate interest.
• Maintain call logs, update customer responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly call connection and lead conversion targets.

2. Data Entry Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain lead/customer data in the CRM/Excel/database.
• Ensure data is clean, error-free, and regularly updated for sales/marketing teams.

3. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Support sales team by sharing qualified leads and setting up appointments.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social media promotions, etc.).
• Help in preparing reports on leads generated, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Develop product/service knowledge to effectively support sales pitches and marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
