As an HR Freshers in the HR Recruitment & Generalist Executive department, you will be responsible for handling various job functions effectively to progress to higher levels. Your role will involve ensuring smooth office operations by maintaining positive relationships between employees and employers, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of procedures. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and hiring candidates through job portals. - Screening candidates effectively. - Identifying suitable candidates based on requisitions. - Coordinating interviews and schedules with candidates and panels. - Data reporting. - Regular follow-ups with candidates. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt. - Ability to work well in a team. - Basic PC skills. This position is based in Indore, MP, and follows a work from office model. You should be open to working on-site at various locations in India and globally, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East, with on-site benefits applicable.,
