Job Description

Fresher/Experience candidate with excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with

Internal & External Customers.

Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms
Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment

QUALIFICATION

Graduates/Under Grads
Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packagesRole & responsibilities
Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheetsetc.)
• Keyboard Skills Good Typing speed (30 WPM)
KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS
• Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)
• Team player and contribute towards Team goals
• Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
• Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organizations guidelines
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Rotational shifts
Ready to commute by self if company transport isn’t available to the residing zone.
24X7 working Environment, team member will get 2 offs (split offs)
No Indian or UK holidays, only Week Offs & approved leaves
