Job Description Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide for request received from reservation centre and the passengers. Liaising with suppliers and hotels for request of rooms as per customers requirement. Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis (i.e. bed breakfast/half board/full board etc). Creating vouchers on confirming with the suppliers and the customers. Build relationships with suppliers and Liaising and negotiating rates with suppliers for hotel products. Help sales team to confirm their hotel bookings by conversing with them over phone and Email. Should have the experience of handling queries over the phones and target oriented. Sales support of hotel for B2B and retail customers. Requested rooms searching different bed banks ,our in house system and getting cheaper prices for up sell bookings or ha cards for all customers(office ,B2B and B2C). Quality checking on each booking confirmed with the suppliers. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2-4Years of experience in backend/ back office Hotels Fulfilment division. Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc. Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills. Willingness to work under UK timing. Job Responsibilities Managing the complete operation team for Existing Offline retails, Online Retails. B2B and B2C and corporate ticketing. Responsible and Accountable for the complete Functions under Operations which includes Ticketing, Invoicing, Quality Checks, In-house sales support for UK and Indtex reservation team, Queue distribution, Queue management, Dispatching and Fare filing for Air and Land contracts etc. Manage all operational aspects of routine support functions through direct supervision & ensuring due personal involvement in relevant areas. Involve in Escalation process to resolve issues with the Airline and Home and away team in Leicester where service levels are not met. Maintain excellent relations with each domestic and International Airline sales team. Maintain excellent relations with all the employees of Home and away UK team and internal sales team. Involved in assessment of Service level achieved by the each staff in flight operations team and proposing improvement plans and assist the team in implementing such plans. Lead, train and motivate the air ticketing team. Assess & plan training requirements for Executives. Stay updated on aviation industry trends and technologies. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism or related field. Minimum 5 year of experience into Air Operations role. Excellent knowledge of GDS systems - Amadeus/ Galileo/ Sabre etc. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong customer service orientation. Good leadership and communication abilities. Open to work in UK Shift time.
