Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and solutions.
• Provide information about our branding and tech services to customers.
• Identify client needs and schedule appointments or demos for further consultation.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or queries effectively.
• Achieve individual and team targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred. However, freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confidence: Ability to engage with clients and present information clearly.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving company goals.
