Fresher - Tour and Travels

Job description:

We’re looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about travel and customer service to join our growing team! As a Holiday Packages Executive, you will assist customers in planning and booking exciting international and domestic holiday packages.

If you’re someone who loves exploring new destinations (or talking about them!), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via call, WhatsApp, or email
• Suggest suitable travel packages based on customer needs and budget
• Share package details, inclusions, and pricing with customers
• Coordinate with vendors and tour operators for bookings
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth post-booking support
• Maintain daily logs of inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
