Job Title: Fresher Tele marketing Executive
Location: Chinar Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata
Salary: ₹10,000 onwards (based on performance and skills)

As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to develop your communication skills, understand our services, and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
• Communicate clearly and confidently to explain the company’s services
• Assist in scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads under the guidance of senior team members
• Keep records of customer interactions in the database
• Work towards daily and weekly calling and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months of experience in telecalling or telemarketing
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and persuasive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated and eager to build a career in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
