Fresher Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Job Description
The role involves promoting and selling loan products such as Personal Loans, Used Car Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loans. Freshers are welcome to apply who are enthusiastic about building a career in sales and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, LAP, and Solar Loan
• Explain loan products and eligibility to customers clearly
• Support customers in completing loan application formalities
• Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance from seniors
• Maintain proper records of leads, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth processing

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply (experience up to 1 year will be an advantage)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn sales in the financial sector
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Willingness to do field work if required

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
