Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Lead Generation Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting market research, making initial contact with potential leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers via email and phone, qualifying leads, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to convert leads into customers.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify potential leads
• Excellent Communication skills for effective outreach and interaction with potential customers
• Creativity skills to develop engaging lead generation strategies
• Basic understanding of Marketing principles
• Basic understanding of Sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is considered a plus
