 The Graduate Trainee Engineer Sales will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable technical solutions, and building strong client relationships. 

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in assigned markets. Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations. 
• Understand technical specifications of products/services and provide basic technical guidance to customers. 
• Maintain communication with existing and prospective customers. 
• Collect and analyse market data, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and proposals in CRM tools  

Technical Skills :

Basic understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Soft Skills :

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Willingness to travel as required
