Role & responsibilities

BBA graduates

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in global HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
Assisting in global HR operations.
Handling onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
Managing employee lifecycle activities.
Providing administrative support for recruitment and onboarding.
Maintaining HR and training databases.
Ensuring all staff are issued ID cards.
Providing administrative support for reports, supervisions, and other relevant documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a
BBA graduate
(HR)
Graduation year must be
2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
Degree must be from an institute approved by
AICTE
or equivalent
Must possess a valid
degree certificate
Must
not
be registered on the
NATS portal
with another organisation
Must
not
have previously worked as an apprentice

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
On-site
attendance required for all working days (22 days/month)
