1) Assistant Manager HRSS (Hire to Retire) – Bengaluru, (Murgeshpalya) Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HR operations across the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, exits, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes in alignment with global HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with global and regional HR teams to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across HR systems and support audit requirements with accurate documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvements within HRSS by identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in a

    Global Shared Services

    HR environment.
  • Hands-on experience with

    HCM tools

    (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) and workflow management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes and HR service delivery.
  • Strong process orientation, compliance mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting

    audit processes

    , ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to controls.
  • Familiarity with global HR policies, HR governance frameworks, and shared service operating models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

2) Lead / Team Manager – HRSS (Hire to Retire) ,Chennai (Thoraipakkam)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HRSS team managing H2R processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to global HR standards.
  • Manage workforce allocation, process prioritization, and day-to-day operations to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, HRBPs, and COEs to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Drive process excellence initiatives; identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data and employee records.
  • Manage audit readiness, documentation, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Handle escalations, provide guidance, and ensure exceptional employee experience.

  • Strong background in

    with experience managing teams.
  • Proficient in

3) Senior Executive – HRSS (Onboarding) – Bengaluru (Murgeshpalya)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation, background verification, HR system updates, and new-hire coordination.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new joiners and address onboarding-related queries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation of employee records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, IT, facilities, and payroll teams for pre- and post-joining activities.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure completeness of onboarding documentation.
  • Support creation and distribution of onboarding kits, welcome communication, and induction scheduling.
  • Track onboarding status, generate reports, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
  • Ensure high data accuracy and support audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably with onboarding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee data management, documentation, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and onboarding best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.
